Why are you alive? We were born with one thing in common – Figure out our life’s mission and learn, improve and stay on course. We should always remain on purpose.
Then something happens to us when we are born that sets us off purpose. What happens is we forget. We forget how powerful and confident we are. We forget that we can cause magnificent things to happen. We forget that we are creators.
We adopt limiting beliefs as we grow on this physical plane. Beliefs from our parents, teachers, family members, friends, television, celebrities, and people we look up to.
Here’s a clue: If you have to die to go to heaven to live an abundant and happy life, then you’ve missed the boat. It’ll be too late. The goal is to live abundantly, happy and filled with joy and completion NOW. But now keeps moving far away ..off in the distant future.
Now never seems to come because we are always in search of meaning. It’s a good thing to always ask questions but I believe the questions we are asking pushes us further. Questions that makes on inferior, questions of wishes and hopes.
Listen, it’s a full-time job to convert your beliefs back to limitless, powerful and free. It’s a full-time job to erase what you thought was real and insert a new vision. I know because it’s something we are consistently doing. But the moment you capture a better unlimiting belief is when you have to ensure you are working at it.
Smiling is everything. You ever drive in traffic and look to the left and right. What do you see? Other people in there cars are mad, upset, sad, depressed, worried, stressed. You can see it on their faces. I love when I see happy, cheerful and joyous people creating their own realities.
The amazingly simple way to change your beliefs is to smile, guaranteed!
According to Psychology Today, “current research (and common sense) shows us that a smile is contagious (1). It can make us appear more attractive to others. It lifts our mood, as well as the moods of those around us. (Merci, Colette.)”
Our body’s biological system also is affected. When we smile our brain activates and releases neuropeptides which helps to eliminate stress. These molecules are in charge the neuron’s communication within the body. They send off message notifications throughout the entire body when we are excited, sad, happy, depressed and so on. The ‘life is great’ neurotransmitters – dopamine, endorphins and serotonin is released when you smile. Now that your body is communicating, you start to look at things differently.
Imagine being stuck unable to find a solution to a problem ..you just laugh. Then you realize that all problems are opportunities ..so you take another crack at it and BOOM! Solution city.
